INDIANAPOLIS — Mail is moving more quickly through Indianapolis months after an investigation was launched into a USPS distribution center.
A little more than three months ago, Rep. Jefferson Shreve (R-Indiana) visited the USPS distribution hub . His visit followed an investigation he launched in February after receiving complaints about people waiting weeks for delivery or never even receiving their packages.
"Way too many constituents expressed frustration with delays at the USPS distribution hub in Indy," Shreve told 13News.
In December, the Indy distribution hub's on-time delivery was at 72%, but the problem continued for months.
