MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — The first day of school at Corpus Christi Catholic School brought excitement for not only the students, but also for several new teachers.
First-year kindergarten teacher Caroline Naman said she can relate to her students’ first-day nerves.
“I'll be very relatable, because I'm sure they're going to be very nervous, too. And I can relate to that. I'm a little nervous, but I know they're also going to be very excited, too,” Naman said.
Principal Kristy Martin said the addition of new staff brings fresh energy to the school.
“It's always good to have new teachers. They come in with a lot of excitement and a lot of joy. And that's good to happen in the school,” said Martin
Naman also said she’s already impressed with the school’s resources and sense of community.
