EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - The 95th edition of the Romain Cadillac Evansville Men’s City Golf Tournament wrapped up yesterday, and it was a wild couple weekends.

Peyton Blackard won his second, straight city title, by two strokes over Luke Johnston.

The way Blackard won it though, was really something.

After last weekend’s two rounds, which included a ridiculous, 9-under at Helfrich, he led by five strokes.

However, Blackard really struggled Saturday, carding a plus-4, in round three.

Meanwhile, Johnston surged to the front, firing 3-under, to claim the lead, by 2.

But yesterday, Blackard found his stroke again, shooting 3-under, to retake the lead and win the city title.
