The Cleveland Browns have released their updated quarterback depth chart, and it’s bad news for Shedeur Sanders and his rapidly growing fanbase.
Per ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Browns have Joe Flacco as the No. 1 quarterback on their updated depth chart , followed by Kenny Pickett at No 2. Dillon Gabriel holds the third spot, with Shedeur Sanders unexpectedly listed as the fourth QB:
It’s a stunning development, alright, given Sanders’ strong preseason debut against the Carolina Panthers on Friday night. The 23-year-old completed 14 pass attempts for 138 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions while picking up 19 rushing yards.
