HARTFORD TWP., Ohio (WKBN) - 2023 NASCAR Cup Series Champion and Hartford Township native Ryan Blaney returned to Sharon Speedway for a Q/A session with kids and broadcasting for the Steel Valley 75 race.

Blaney is also a co-owner of Sharon Speedway. The NASCAR driver first conducted an event for kids where young fans could ask Blaney questions.

"I had a lot of fond memories here as a kid," said Blaney. "I used to sell programs, go on the phones and sell tickets and stuff like that. Just a lot of good memories about this place, and I know it like the back of my hand."

Blaney is a co-owner of the Sharon Speedway alongside his dad, Dave Blaney, and local businessman Will Thomas III.
