BEREA, Ohio (WKBN) - Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski did not announce who will start at quarterback for the team's second preseason game in Philadelphia.

Joe Flacco, Dillon Gabriel, and Shedeur Sanders all took part in 11-on-11 drills on Monday, with Kenny Pickett still nursing a hamstring injury. He did throw three touchdown passes in 7-on-7 drills on Monday.

“I think you take everything into account, but we’ll see how we get through this week and then make a decision. … make a decision on when to make a decision," Stefanski said on Monday.

Cleveland will travel to Philadelphia for joint practices on Wednesday and Thursday, with Flacco expecting to get the bulk of the first-team reps in practice.
