MISSOULA — Montana's offensive linemen gathered in a circle and held hands with one another when talking with assistant coach Cameron Norcross at the conclusion of the second practice of fall camp Tuesday at Dornblaser Field.
That way of closing a practice is something Norcross has implemented in his first year leading the offensive line, which is is the most experienced position group for the Grizzlies in terms of returning players.
The O-line is also the least consistent position in terms of coaching as it is the only one that is on its third coach in as many seasons. In getting them to gel, Norcross has preached brotherhood and implemented a nickname for the line.
