TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - The Jefferson County Tigers are under new leadership in Eric Bright Jr., a guy who’s bringing a new mindset to Monticello.

Jefferson County is a program rich with tradition, and that’s what coach is trying to bring back. To get there, he said he needs more consistency from his team.

He said defensively, he likes where this team is at, while offensively, he said there’s been some growing pains with learning a new offense, but he thinks the offensive line will eventually be a bright spot. Now, it’s just about continuing to get this group to buy in.
