SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- An 11-year-old San Jose boy, Noah Alhayek, has been missing in the Bay Area for eight days. He was reported missing to the San Jose Police Department after he left his group home on foot in east San Jose on August 4, police said.
Police said Noah could be in Colma, San Francisco, or San Jose.
Noah’s mother, Crystal Nieland, said her son has mental health challenges and has been known to "link up" with older children from troubled backgrounds without "realizing the danger he is in."
Nieland said her son was spotted on a train at San Francisco's Union Square station and he was asking about how to get to Treasure Island on August 7.
"When he was seen last, he had a Razor scooter with him. He was still wearing the same clothes that he went missing in on August 4 ...
