CHICAGO — The Detroit Tigers parted ways with left-hander Tyler Alexander after the 2023 season. Since then, the former second-round draft pick has faced the Tigers four times with three teams during the 2024 and 2025 seasons.

In the latest clash, Alexander shut down the Tigers as a bulk reliever for the Chicago White Sox .
