The New York Jets will have some tough decisions to make in the coming weeks to trim their roster.

One position that has a lot of depth is the running back position. Jets writer Zack Rosenblatt from The Athletic believes the team will cut Donovan Edwards but admits he does have an outside chance to make the team.

"Out: Donovan Edwards, Lawrance Toafili, Andrew Beck (fullback)," wrote Rosenblatt. "Edwards hasn't flashed much during training camp but had a nice 73-yard touchdown run on Saturday (albeit wiped out by a holding penalty) and Glenn raved about him after the game. If he keeps this level of play up, it'll be harder to keep him off the roster."
