Jury deliberates sentence of North Texas mom convicted in fentanyl death of 8

Mary Alice Locke, 24, was convicted of first-degree injury to a child in the fentanyl poisoning death of her 8-month-old daughter. The jury is in the punishment phase of Locke’s trial. Locke said she’s now sober.
