SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4 Sports) - While new Utes quarterback Devon Dampier is working on his chemistry with a slew of new receivers, the Utes seem to have two starting caliber running backs.
Coming out of their first scrimmage of training camp, head coach Kyle Whittingham said Washington State transfer Wayshawn Parker and New Mexico transfer NaQuari Rogers are more like 1A and 1B in the backfield. They are both built the same with similar styles of running, and so far, the competition to be the starter is neck and neck.
