Myles Garrett cited for driving 100 MPH after Browns' preseason game
Cleveland Browns superstar Myles Garrett was given a citation for speeding early Saturday morning outside of the city.
He was pulled over at 2:01 a.m. in Strongsville, Ohio, according to ESPN . Garrett had been going 100 miles per hour in a 60 miles per hour zone.
The citation comes with a $250 fine, and he doesn't have to appear in court if he pays the fine.
The Browns spent their Friday night in Charlotte, N.C., taking on the Carolina Panthers. Garrett didn't play in the game, getting a veteran's night off, but he was in attendance.
The contest didn't wrap up until well after 10 p.m. ET. The timing suggests Garrett was driving home after arriving back in Cleveland early Saturday morning.
