Taylor Swift is switching things up when it comes to her new album The Life Of A Showgirl.

On Monday evening, the chart-topping singer announced that her 12th studio album was coming, and while no release date has been given, fans who have pre-ordered the vinyl version noted that it would be shipped before 13 October, suggesting her new music is less than two months away.

Interestingly, while Taylor announced her previous two albums, Midnights and The Tortured Poets Department, during acceptance speeches at the MTV VMAs and Grammys, respectively , The Life Of A Showgirl was announced on her boyfriend Travis Kelce ’s podcast New Heights.
