BARK RIVER — It was a soggy opening day, but Sunday was a beautiful day at the Bark River International Raceway as the Island Resort and Casino presented the Off-Road Rumble in U.P. this weekend.

Only eight of the 19 scheduled races were run on Saturday before mother nature won the battle. On Sunday the raceway put on its complete show as well as the makeup races in the pro classes the other rained out races will be made up at the race in Crandon, Wis. at the end of the season.

Here is what went down over the weekend in each class.

In the pro buggy class, Chaden Minder picked up a win and a third place finish. Michael Meister had a second place finish in the first race and Cole Bernloehr came in second in the second race. Billy Buth finished third in the first race in the pro buggy clas
