Pa. troopers fired 23 rounds into disabled pickup after chase, wounding unarmed driver

LOCK HAVEN — State troopers fired a total of 23 rounds into a disabled pickup truck, wounding the unarmed driver following a traffic stop in eastern Clinton County in May.

State police determined that in their investigation into the shooting in which Jordan Joseph Lantz, 36, of Williamsport, was wounded.
