A driver has been charged over an alleged incident on the M1 in Leicestershire earlier this month. Alfie Boswell was arrested following an incident which reportedly happened between Junctions 21 and 28 of the motorways on Saturday, August 2.

The 33-year-old appeared at Leicester Magistrates' Court last week to face charges of attempting to cause grievous bodily harm with intent and dangerous driving. He is due before the crown court next month.
