A 21-year-old man is fighting for his life following a crash in Ruislip in the early hours of this morning (August 12). He was involved in a two-car collision on Victoria Road which saw two more men also taken to hospital.

Police were called to the busy stretch next to the Victoria Retail Park just before 5.25am, with paramedics later called to treat the three passengers. Two of the men, aged 49 and 21, did not suffer life-changing or life-threatening injuries, according to a statement issued by the Metropolitan Police .

The force is now investigating what happened but says no one has been arrested in connection at this stage. Pictures taken at the scene after the crash show a black car with a smashed windscreen and crumpled bonnet.
