NORTH DAKOTA (KXNET) — For many, a higher education can be out of reach, especially those from low-income homes, but community colleges can make that education more accessible.
These colleges can offer savings for students, as tuition and fees can be almost three times as expensive at four-year institutions, but recently, community colleges have become even more attractive to prospective students now that inflation is putting a financial strain on many families.
