LATROBE, Pa. -- Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is still not happy with his helmet as training camp is coming to a close.

For years, Rodgers used the Schutt Air XP Q11 helmet for his entire career, but it failed to pass NFL regulations this offseason.

The Steelers quarterback tried out the new Schutt Air XP Pro VTD II, which is in the yellow for the testing results by the league, which means it is not recommended but players can wear it.

However, talking with the media on Tuesday, Rodgers is still not happy about the helmet, saying it looks like a ‘damn spaceship.’

“Still going through the process of it. It looks like a damn spaceship,” Rodgers said. “The facemark doesn’t really fit the helmet. It’s an old facemask.”
