The Public Ministry announced the arrest of a citizen identified as Ángel Lara, who was posing as an official from the Chacao City Hall, soliciting a weekly sum of money from the merchants who operate there.

The information was released by Attorney General Tarek William Saab through his Instagram account, adding that Lara will be charged with extortion.

This individual profited from the money he asked these people to allow them to work in this area.
