Tyrone Noling, an Alliance man on death row, is seeking a new trial.

He claims evidence was withheld that pointed to other potential suspects in the slayings of a Portage County couple.

The Ohio Innocence Project has been assisting Noling for many years, first to seek more DNA testing and then to push for a new trial based on evidence they claim wasn't provided.
