The Man of Steel will come into the nation’s homes just a little over a month after its theatrical release.

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment announced Tuesday, Aug. 12 that “Superman,” filmed last year in Cleveland, will be available for purchase on video-on-demand platforms such as Apple TV+, Fandango at Home, Prime Video and other digital platforms.

Viewers will be able to purchase the James Gunn-directed superhero film Friday, Aug. 15.

Physical media release of ‘Superman’ comes a month later

Those who prefer to buy their films in a physical form such as 4K blu-ray disc, blu-ray disc and DVD on Sept. 23.
