Messages of hope and recovery will take center stage on Saturday, August 16, at the Gospel Barn on 120 Rainbow Terrace during the third annual overdose awareness rally, entitled this year as “Alive in 25.” The free event runs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and is aimed at raising awareness about the ongoing drug crisis affecting families across Kentucky and beyond.

Hosted by longtime community advocate Charles “Jeep” Burton, the event will include live gospel music, personal testimonies from individuals who have survived addiction, and information about local recovery resources. The event will be emceed by local personality John Alexander.
