A petition asking the U.S. Supreme Court to reverse its 2015 decision striking down state bans on same-sex marriage is not keeping Lambda Legal Defense and Education Fund senior counsel Jenny Pizer awake at night. This year marks the 10th anniversary of the high court’s landmark Obergefell v.
