Jenelle Evans ' divorce from David Eason is proving to be a pricey one.

"Unfortunately, North Carolina is a 50/50 state and even though I paid for the majority of our assets, they had to be divided regardless," Jenelle, 33, exclusively shared with Us Weekly on Tuesday, August 12. "I don't think a lot of people put that into perspective when getting married, and they definitely should. Prenups should be more accepted into society in my opinion."

On Monday, August 11, a report surfaced claiming Jenelle has to pay her ex-husband more than $30,000 a month as part of their divorce settlement.
