Residents of Autumn Leaf subdivision spoke at last week’s Washington City Council meeting, raising concerns about stormwater runoff from construction of the new Highlands subdivision west of their homes.

Emily Lane resident Marc Andonoff said he first brought concerns to the city in March about potential runoff from the development and a lack of adequate drainage and water retention infrastructure. ×
