Diane Zakraysek-Bourque, Mamdouh Abdelmaksoud, Kristen McNutt and Wayne Ursacki may not be instantly recognizable names to most Welland residents, but they play a role in shaping the city’s growth and development.
Appointed at the start of the 2022 city council term and serving until November 2026, the four make up Welland’s committee of adjustment .
