SEATTLE, Wash. - Two men are dead after a shooting near Virgil Flaim Park in North Seattle, a place parents say has gone from being the heart of their community to somewhere they avoid.

Police said officers responded around 6 p.m. Monday to reports of gunfire near the park and a growing homeless encampment . When they arrived, they found two men with gunshot wounds. Image 1 of 2 ▼
