MISSOULA — Montana's running back room holds a distinction on this year's football team as the only position group on offense or defense where the Grizzlies didn't bring in a transfer.
That speaks to their belief in the guys they have on the roster. It all starts with Eli Gillman, the lone returning player on either side of the ball who has received preseason All-America recognition. He was also named to the Walter Payton Award watch list and the East-West Shrine Bowl 1,000.
