The ending of Alien: Earth episode 2, "Mr. October," finds Wendy's biological brother Joe in peril after the Xenomorph that nearly took his life returns and sweeps him away. This happened just after Wendy followed the order of Kirsch, a Prodigy scientist who is also a synth, to investigate the "omelette" of alien eggs within the fallen spacecraft, the Maginot.
