Following a 5-6 campaign in 2024, the West Texas A&M football team will feature a number of new faces in 2025.

Head coach Josh Lynn enters his third year at the helm for the Buffaloes, and after a combined 8-13 overall record in the former University of Nebraska-Kearney head coach's first two seasons, the team is looking for a turnaround in the upcoming campaign.

WTAMU opens its season on Thursday, Aug. 28 in Gunnison, Colorado, against No. 10 Western Colorado, who defeated the Buffs 26-17 last year. WT's home opener is set for Thursday, Sept. 4 against Colorado School of Mines.
