Cases of multidrug-resistant bacterial infections are high in Gaza amid the ongoing Israel-Hamas war, a new analysis finds. The team that analyzed the data -- from Gaza and the U.S. -- looked at around 1,300 specimens collected by Al-Ahli Hospital in Gaza City in the northern part of the strip, between Nov. 1, 2023, and Aug. 31, 2024.
