A man has been charged with first-degree murder after his infant son was found with multiple traumatic injuries, according to Tulsa police.
Police said that around 4 a.m. on August 11, officers responded to a domestic violence call at an apartment complex near 71st and Sheridan. When they arrived, they found a one-month-old boy in cardiac arrest. The infant was rushed to the hospital, where doctors discovered multiple injuries, including fractures to his right femur, right humerus, left clavicle, and left arm; a skull fracture and skull deformity; and a right pneumothorax. Doctors said the injuries appeared to be the result of trauma.
Investigators said that at the time of the incident, the infant’s mother, father, and another person were inside the home.
