Enjoy blues, brews and barbecue when the Vernon Hills Park District's Little Bear Ribfest returns Friday and Saturday, Aug. 15 and 16. The 14th annual festival will take place along the shores of Little Bear Lake at the Century Park Arboretum, 1001 Lakeview Parkway, Vernon Hills.

Festival hours are 6-11 p.m. Friday and 4-11 p.m. Saturday.
