STATEHOUSE — Indiana State Comptroller Elise Nieshalla applauded the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) for recommending Indiana Senate Resolution 51, which sounds the alarm on the national debt, and serves as a model for state legislatures to pass across the country.
