MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Police are searching for a Tennessee man accused of dragging a dog from a 78-year-old woman's home and killing the animal by shooting it several times.

Memphis police issued an arrest warrant for Gavin Palpallatoc, 31, for aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary, aggravated cruelty to animals, and aggravated abuse of a vulnerable adult following the incident last week at a mobile home park off Highway 51.

A woman who lives in the Frayser mobile home park was also charged with aggravated cruelty to animals.

Jane Reynolds, 52, is accused of asking Palpallatoc to kill her neighbor's dog after it got into a fight with her dog.

The owner of the dog that was killed didn't want to be identified by name but said there was a small dog fight in her backyard earlier that day. Sh
