Chrissy Metz is taking another shot at love.

Nearly two years after the This is Us alum confirmed that she had broken up with Bradley Collins , she shared an update on her new love interest.

"He's so supportive and so kind," Chrissy said of her new partner, whom she chose not to name, in an interview with People published Aug. 13. "I'm like, this relationship makes me feel good about myself? What's the catch?"

She revealed that she and her boyfriend, who is an electrical engineer, have been dating for a year.

But the Hunting Wives actress' relationship isn't the only part of her life that's changed recently. She's also begun a new health journey, in which she's been focusing on meal prepping and strength training.
