WINNING. Netflix has acquired the two-part documentary film “ aka Charlie Sheen ,” which chronicles the star’s struggle with fame — leading to his infamous 2011 firing from “Two and a Half Men” — followed by his path to sobriety. The film will launch Sept. 10 on the streamer, which also shared key art and a trailer (scroll down to watch below).
Having tempered his tiger blood ways, Sheen opens up for the documentary, which also speaks to family, friends and cast members including Denise Richards, Heidi Fleiss, Jon Cryer, Sean Penn, Ramon Estevez, Brooke Mueller, Chris Tucker and even Sheen’s drug dealer Marco.
