BBC Strictly Come Dancing’s Nadiya Bychkova has broken her silence after being rushed to hospital as she made a ‘scary’ admission.

Reports emerged that the 35-year-old professional dancer was taken to hospital after suffering a fall while training for the BBC programme’s upcoming return.

The incident occurred on Tuesday (August 12) in North London, with the Strictly crew having to call an ambulance after Nadiya was left ‘in agony’

A source told the Daily Mirror: "It looked pretty nasty and no-one was taking any chances. The Strictly crew rushed into action and she was stretchered out.

"As a precaution, following a fall during rehearsals, Nadiya was taken to hospital for checks and is receiving full support from medical and welfare teams."
