A This Morning star was left feeling ‘slightly exposed’ after receiving a request from his boss through a text live on air.

It’s been a frantic period for the ITV breakfast show, with Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard currently enjoying a break from their presenting duties.

After Dermot and O’Leary and Alison Hammond initially filled in for the duo, Love Island’s Olivia Attwood was the first guest host.

Following Olivia’s successful debut on the programme, Emma Willis and comedian Joel Dommett were drafted in to steady the ship.

While Emma stayed on after her and Joel’s five episodes together , Andi Peters was drafted in following the I'm a Celebrity: Unpacked host’s stint.
