EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - A candlelight vigil and balloon release is set for one of the victims of the mass shooting that killed two people and injured two East Cleveland Police officers.

On Aug. 7, Erik Sharp, 22, and his grandfather, Charles Roscoe, 82, were fatally shot during a domestic dispute, according to police.
The vigil is set for 4 p.m. at Small Park on Thornhill Road, located at 12919 Phillips Avenue.
Roscoe was well-known in the community, owning a bar called the Honey Do Club.
“This town is sad because most of them we all grew up together and it’s a lot of people still here to know them and I’m sending my regards out to them,” said Mayor Lateek Shabazz of East Cleveland
