EUGENE — New Oregon men’s basketball assistant coach Yasir Rosemond signed a two-year contract, returning assistants Mike Mennenga and Brian Fish each signed one-year deals and Josh Jamieson earned a raise.
In an unusually back-loaded deal, Rosemond will earn a prorated $50,000 through June 2026 and $500,000 in 2026-27, according to the contract provided to The Oregonian/OregonLive in response to a public records request.
Oregon is paying $112,000 to LSU for Rosemond’s buyout and his buyout to leave UO is $150,000 before July 1, 2026 and $100,000 for the year after, which would be waived if he left to become a Division I or NBA head coach or for a position outside of coaching basketball.
Mennenga will earn $375,000 and Fish will earn $300,000, the same as last season for both. Jamieson,
