A new apartment community is now open in Frisco’s Rail District.

The Beacon offers 18 apartment units in various floor plans, including one- and two-bedrooms. The first floor is reserved for commercial space and is topped with residential units.

Custom facades, designer lighting and local artists' paintings can be seen throughout the hallways at The Beacon.

The one- and two-bedroom units range from $1,950 to $3,800 per month. Residents can begin moving into the new community in mid-September.

CAP Multifamily, the developer behind the community, will host a ribbon cutting ceremony at 10 a.m. Aug. 15 at The Beacon. The event will include tours of the property.
