LOUISVILLE, Ky. —
Two shootings near the same Louisville school bus stops in less than a week.
Last Thursday, gunfire broke out in the Russell neighborhood as several kids waited for the bus on the first day for Jefferson County Public Schools.
No one was hurt, but it was a scary situation for those in the area. Two 15-year-olds have been arrested and are now facing 34 charges .
Less than a week later, shots rang out in the same area around the same time, and this time, a woman was killed . LMPD brought a 15-year-old into custody, but they were later released. The suspect is still at large.
As that scene unfolded, the father of the first suspect arrested was in the area and came by to see what was happening.
