A group of Maryland Democratic lawmakers toured a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in Baltimore after legal complaints and criticisms from advocates about conditions in the building. ICE has previously denied the allegations, saying they are "committed to enforcing immigration laws fairly, safely and humanely."
