Large law firms with dozens or even hundreds of attorneys on staff have resources beyond those of small, boutique firms, but should be wary not to lose clients in the landscape of a Goliath-size firm.

Two such firms with Cleveland offices strive to achieve the balance of having all the resources a client could possibly require but also to ensure a client does not feel like a number or a cog in a machine.
