CLEVELAND (WJW) -- The Fox 8 I-Team has learned that the attorney for the man accused of killing Aliza Sherman in 2013 wants additional testing of DNA found on the watch and wristband of the victim.
According to a motion filed in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court by Atty. Jon Paul Rion, who represents Gregory Moore, the defense maintains that the DNA found on the two items was not that of Moore or Aliza Sherman’s estranged husband.
