NEW YORK (PIX11) -- Coffee has been recalled from Dollar General stores nationwide after reports of potential glass fragments in the grounds, according to an announcement from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Dollar General has issued a voluntary recall of its Clover Valley Instant Coffee due to the potential presence of glass, the announcement said. The recall includes three lots of its eight-ounce products.
The products were distributed and sold in Dollar General stores nationwide between July 9 and July 21.
The recall comes after a customer reported the issue to Dollar General employees however, no illnesses or injuries have been reported in connection with the coffee.
Health experts warn anyone who may have purchased the Clover Valley Instant Coffee to throw it away or contac
